Deprioritize Inactivity

This is your friendly reminder to keep up your exercise routine during this hectic, calorie-ridden time of year. Those holiday parties lure you in with their festive decorations, delicious foods, and fancy cocktails.

Do yourself a favor before the party starts and go for a hike or a run or just take a walk! Too cold outside? No excuse! Go to the gym or a yoga class…or better yet, use that Peloton that’s collecting dust in the corner.

We often deprioritize exercise this time of year. Don’t wait to make a silly New Year’s resolution about it. Ask yourself what you can sacrifice this holiday season to reduce the chaos and hold yourself accountable to staying (or becoming!) active.
